About the Role:

Are you a visionary designer with a passion for creative excellence and brand storytelling? Plan A Agency is on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead innovative visual campaigns and push the boundaries of design in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the conceptualization and execution of compelling visual assets for multi-channel campaigns—brand identities, marketing materials, digital content, and social media.
  2. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, animation, and accounts teams to develop integrated, high-impact creative strategies that align with client objectives.
  3. Translate briefs into powerful visual narratives that resonate with diverse audiences across the UAE market.
  4. Create, implement, and maintain cohesive brand identities and visual guidelines, including elements for web, apps, and promotional platforms (e.g., icons, UI kits, banners, brand characters).
  5. Provide art direction, mentor junior designers, and lead brainstorming sessions that spark inspiration and innovation.

Technical and Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred, but not required)
  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience in an agency or corporate setting, with a strong portfolio of diverse creative work
  • Prior experience in advertising or branding agencies is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – must-have
  • Strong knowledge of printing processes, color theory, and production standards
  • Expertise in photo manipulation, image retouching, and visual storytelling
  • Experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney) and creative prompt writing
  • Working knowledge of animation principles and video production is a plus
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design best practices
